A Bit About Betty
In her own words...
Hi! My name is Betty and I am the coach behind Lotus Flower Coaching. After a long nursing career (40 years, mainly in the mental health field), I completed the coach
training program at the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program. The coach training that I received at GISC has given me new skills for helping people move forward on
their life and work goals.
In my personal life, I enjoy gardening, bird-watching and reading, and I’m a longtime practitioner of Zen meditation.
I started Lotus Flower Coaching as a private practice to provide affordable personal development coaching for individuals facing life/work transitions, especially those in mid-career and beyond. I look forward to talking with you soon to see if coaching might be right for you.
